Sweet Refund Policy

Madhurima Sweets provide full refund on most new, unopened items within 7 days of time from date of purchase. If the return is result of our error we also refund shipping charges, that happens in case when you received incorrect or defective item. We refund money within 15 days of giving your package to return shipper. However in most of cases the refund is made more quickly. The refund time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item from shipper, the time we take for our refund process, and the time bank takes for their money refunding process.
